Our prestigious Client, who provide energy and water to communities around the world are currently seeking a Facilities Removal & Disposal Project Engineer to work with them on a Temporary Agency Worker contract role in the UK. The role and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:-

Applicants must have a robust and proven track record working in the Oil & Gas Energy sector directly at Operator level.
Provide project engineering support for the delivery of a facilities removal and disposal project.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including risk registers, action trackers, decision registers and other project management and governance documents.
Liaise closely with the Project Lead, Project Manager, Structural Lead and the wider team to support the project through the initiate and appraise / select phases.
Deputise for Project Lead as and when required.
Support the development and consistent application of risk management, change control and plan execution across the project.

Applications are invited from degree-qualified candidates in a relevant engineering discipline, however due consideration will be given to those with considerable relevant experience.
The successful incumbent will have previous experience working in project engineering for offshore decommissioning projects.
Candidates will have good working knowledge of decommissioning legislation and engineering techniques.
This is a predominately onshore role, however offshore travel may be required to meet the needs of the business therefore all industry competency certification (BOSIET with CA-EBS, Medical and MIST) must be valid.
