We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join the team.

The successful candidate will work as a member of the senior management team, and be directly responsible for overseeing all aspects of the finance department.
They will collaborate closely with the Directors to ensure that Zenith Energy finance solutions are correctly designed and aligned with internal strategy and business objectives.
They will also work closely with other departments to ensure financial goals are met and will contribute to the strategic direction of the company.

The role and its responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:-
Overseeing all aspects of financial management including budgeting, forecasting, financial and management reporting, risk management and analysis.
Providing high quality reports as required, including cashflow forecasts, monthly account forecasts and other information.
Working with the senior management team to produce the annual budget in line with company expectations and timelines.
Reconciliation of bank accounts across the business.
Overseeing client billing against contracts and ensuring robust procedures are in place to optimise cashflow
Overseeing the annual audit process.
Developing and maintaining the finance policies and procedures, ensuring adequate controls are in place and maintained.

The successful incumbent will be a degree qualified individual in a finance, accounting or equivalent discipline.
Preferred experience to date would involve working within a growth SME in the service sector, ideally in a project driven environment.
Previous experience in a financial managerial position/s with a history of staff management and development would be advantageous.
Someone with a strong cultural fit and commitment to the values and ethos of a growing independently owned business.
