Our Client, a premier Exploration and Production Company, have a new job opening for a Health & Safety Advisor to work with them on a long-term Temporary Agency Worker contract in the UK. The role responsibilities include but are not limited to:-

Applicants must have a robust and proven track record working directly for Oil & Gas Operating Companies within the energy sector.
Support implementation of process safety management system within the company's onshore and offshore organisation.
Provide assistance / coaching to offshore personnel with respect to audit and assurance requirements.
Provides cover for asset Health & Safety Advisors to support the day-to-day operations for offshore assets.
Providing proactive and effective EH&S guidance, support, and positive challenge to all areas of operations.

The successful incumbent will have a membership to a professional body.
Candidates will have extensive health and safety experience in supporting operations in the UKCS including demonstrable working knowledge of process safety.
Applicants will have good working knowledge of UK offshore HSE legislation.
Incumbents will have experience conducting HSE auditing or inspections and working under ISO Standards, including development of management systems.
This is a predominately onshore role, however offshore trips will be required to meet the needs of the business therefore all industry competency certification (Medical, BOSIET with CA-EBS and MIST) must be valid.
