Our prestigious Client, a leading independent Oil & Gas Company have a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Completion Engineer to work with them on a permanent/staff basis in the UK. The role and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:-

The successful candidate would ideally have some completion experience having worked for a Service Company or Operating Company.
Experience of the UKCS would be advantageous.
The role will include assisting with the Client's designs, planning and coordinatination within completion, workover and abandonment programs and activities.
The position will also include working collaboratively with the Client's Drilling Engineering team to deliver wells that meet the well life cycle and deliver the objectives within budget, on schedule and without incident.
Deliver cost effective well intervention and completion designs, cost estimates and programmes as well as covering general well interventions, workovers, kill and plug, completion retrieval, remedial work, and completion installation.
Review work programs and lookaheads with aid of supervisors.
Monitor drilling parameters, fluid properties and perform real time torque and drag analysis.
Assist in preparation of casing/completion tallies.
The successful incumbent will also ensure a strong commitment to HS&E in the design, examination, well control and execution for completing oil or gas wells.

Candidates would ideally have some previous experience working in completion engineering.
Experience of working offshore as a Completion Supervisor or onshore Completion Engineer would be highly advantageous.
Applications are invited from Degree Qualified candidates having a relevant technical degree however, due consideration may be given to those with relevant working experience.
Knowledge and/or certification in IWCF Level 4 would be an advantage.
This position will be assigned a fully qualified Senior Completion and/or Completion Engineer as a mentor.
Willingness to work both onshore and offshore is a prerequisite for this role.
